LeadPilot Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These terms govern use of LeadPilot, a lead-management service for landscaping and service contractors.
Service
LeadPilot helps organize inquiries, customer records, preliminary pricing, selected forwarded email activity, and related contractor workflow. Features may change as the service improves.
Free trial and billing
New workspaces may receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Paid features require an active subscription after the trial. Prices and plan details shown at checkout control the applicable billing terms.
Contractor responsibility
The contractor is responsible for its services, pricing, estimates, customer communications, legal compliance, marketing consent, and final quotes. LeadPilot preliminary pricing is informational and is not a binding contractor quote unless the contractor separately chooses to make it one.
Email forwarding
LeadPilot does not connect to or browse a contractor's Gmail account and does not request Gmail OAuth permissions. A contractor may choose to create a rule in their email provider that forwards selected quote, estimate, pricing, or service-request messages to a workspace-specific LeadPilot address.
The contractor controls that rule and is responsible for forwarding only business inquiries they are permitted to process. Deleting a LeadPilot account does not delete the forwarding rule; the contractor must disable it in their email provider to stop future forwarding.
Acceptable use
LeadPilot may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorized access, abuse, or sending promotional messages without appropriate permission. Users must respect unsubscribe requests and applicable marketing laws.
Availability
We aim to keep LeadPilot available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, or security events may temporarily affect availability.
Account termination
Contractors may stop using LeadPilot and may request account deletion. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, security concerns, abuse, or material violation of these terms.
Third-party services
LeadPilot relies on third-party services for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery and receiving, and payment processing. Those services may have their own terms and policies that also apply to the contractor's use of them.
Limitation
LeadPilot is a business software tool and does not guarantee that a lead will convert, that a customer will respond, or that a contractor will win a job. Contractors remain responsible for business decisions and customer relationships.
